Structured around what your business can actually service
Before a lender sees anything, we map what the business can carry: the thin months, the months that carry the year, and the VAT and tax dates that land in between. The facility is then shaped to fit. Term, repayment profile, security and drawdown order are all decisions, not defaults.
A facility sized to a lender’s checklist looks fine on the offer letter and hurts by month four. That’s the usual reason a business ends up refinancing something it took out only eighteen months earlier.
For example: a business that bills most of its year between September and January doesn’t want the same repayment leaving every May. Moving the start date, shortening the term and weighting repayments into the strong quarter can keep the total cost much the same and make the year far easier to run.
